  If you're looking for someone to take responsibility for a mistake, don't look here. Terrible customer service when it comes to them correcting a mistake. I ordered a arrangement for my Mom, was told they can get another to store to deliver it and could pay there. The day of my never received anything. I call to ask what happened, they tell me it wasn't their fault and I have to the call the other store, yet I gave Petaluma my money. Both stores didn't want to take responsibility, they continued to blame one another and have me call back and forth. Was told I would be called once they knew where the problem came from and waited 3 hours for a call. I had to drive to the store to complain and get my refund, and was repeatedly told "It's not our fault, it's the other store." instead of being told "sorry." Long story short, my mother received nothing for Mother's day, I was left with wasted time and gas money, and never once received a phone call that my order wasn't able to be delivered. If you are busy and looking to rely on someone to make things happen, I suggest take your business else where.
