We reached out to them on Wednesday for a second opinion. We had already had Official Pest scheduled for Friday but we felt it is a good idea to have a second opinion and Terminix would have saved us a little money. We had an inspection scheduled with Terminix for 8:15 am, he showed up at 10:30. We were scheduled for 1:00 pm today and they call at 3:10 to reschedule for Monday afternoon. Totally inconsiderate and unprofessional, We have small children and 7 puppies that we moved around for this today so if you are thinking about using these people, DON'T DO IT!!!
